Terms & Conditions (Sep 2026)

Rules and guidelines governing your usage of QRPay client-side UPI generator.

100% Client-Side & Non-Custodial Service
QRPay strictly operates as a client-side utility running in your browser. We do not collect, store, process, or transmit your UPI details or funds. All transactions occur directly between your bank and the payer via NPCI-approved UPI apps.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing this website (QRPay), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the service immediately.

2. Description of Utility

QRPay provides an instant, client-side generator that formats user-provided parameters (VPA/UPI ID, Payee Name, Amount, and Note) into standardized UPI deep links and Quick Response (QR) codes conforming to the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) specifications.

3. No Financial Intermediation

QRPay is neither a payment gateway, payment aggregator, nor a wallet. We do not hold escrow, charge transaction surcharges (MDR), or route payment settlements. Funds transfer directly peer-to-peer (P2P) or peer-to-merchant (P2M) through your UPI application (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, etc.).

4. Accuracy of User Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the UPI ID (Virtual Payment Address) entered into the generator is accurate and belongs to the intended recipient. Because UPI transactions are immediate and non-reversible by this website, QRPay bears no responsibility for funds routed to an erroneous address provided by the user.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Trademarks

All trademarks, product names, company names, and brand logos (including but not limited to UPI, NPCI, BHIM, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, HDFC, ICICI, SBI, and Axis Bank) displayed on this website are the property of their respective owners. Their display is solely for identification and compatibility purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

This utility is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties. QRPay disclaims any liability for transaction failures, bank downtime, NPCI network limits, device incompatibility, or erroneous user inputs.
