No Backend Server
QR encoding algorithms execute completely inside your browser's JavaScript engine. No payment payload ever leaves your device.
No Database Storage
We do not maintain any database, SQL instance, or cloud store. There is literally zero infrastructure to store your information.
No Account / Login
You never need to sign in, provide phone numbers, OTPs, or email addresses. QRPay is 100% anonymous and permissionless.

Payments are fulfilled directly between your UPI app and bank via encrypted NPCI channels. We never touch any funds.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not collect your UPI ID / VPA.
  • Google LLC (Google Pay / GPay)
  • We do not collect your name, business name, or transaction notes.
  • We do not track transaction amounts, dates, or frequencies.
  • We do not store payment status or banking credentials.
  • We do not sell or monetize user data with advertising networks.

2. How QR Code Generation Works

When you fill in your UPI ID and amount, our client-side JavaScript converts those details into a standard UPI uniform resource identifier string (upi://pay?pa=...) and draws a QR code directly onto an HTML5 Canvas/SVG element in memory. Once you refresh or close the page, the in-memory state is wiped.

3. Cookies & Local Analytics

QRPay does not use tracking cookies, profiling beacons, or invasive analytics scripts. Any session data remains strictly within your browser's transient runtime environment.

4. Direct Payment Execution

When a payer scans the generated QR code or clicks "Pay on this Device", your device's operating system opens an installed UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.). The payment is authorized via your UPI MPIN and processed directly through your bank and the NPCI switch. QRPay is never a party to the financial transaction.
