QRPay is an independent, client-side open web utility. This service is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with:

National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) or Reserve Bank of India (RBI)
Google LLC (Google Pay / GPay)
PhonePe Private Limited
One97 Communications Limited (Paytm)
Any commercial banks (HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis Bank, etc.)

All product and company names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective holders. Use of them does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

2. Free & Open Client-Side Tool

QRPay charges zero commissions, zero subscription fees, and zero payment processing surcharges. Because all calculations happen purely in your browser's local sandbox, we cannot reverse, refund, freeze, cancel, or modify any payment made using generated QR codes.

3. Split Payment Feature Advisory

The auto-split payment feature divides large amounts into multiple compliant transactions to navigate bank or UPI category limits (e.g. ₹2,000 or ₹1,000 threshold restrictions). Users must ensure each split QR code is scanned and paid individually. QRPay does not track whether previous split installments were completed.

4. Reporting Issues

In case of payment disputes, chargebacks, or bank network failures, please contact your respective bank or the UPI app used to process the payment with your Unique Transaction Reference (UTR) number.
